Terms for listed businesses

Who we are

HomeServiceProsNearMe.com is operated by The Trusted Pro Group, a DBA of Backyard Coupon Magazines, Inc. Charges appear on your card statement as THE TRUSTED PRO GROUP. Payments are processed by Stripe.

What you are buying

A listing seat for your business in one category on the directory. Depending on the plan you choose at checkout, your seat includes your ProCard, or your ProCard and your ProPage.

Billing

You are charged the amount shown at checkout. Your plan renews automatically, on the schedule shown at checkout, until it is cancelled.

If every seat in your category is taken by the time your payment goes through, you are not charged.

Minimum term

Monthly plans have a minimum term of 6 months. A prepaid plan covers the 12 months you pay for at checkout.

Cancelling

To cancel, email info@homeserviceprosnearme.com at least 21 days before your next billing date.

With that notice in time, no further charge is made, and your listing stays live until the end of the period you have already paid for. With less than 21 days’ notice, your next billing still goes ahead, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of that period.

If you cancel a monthly plan before it has run 6 months, the cancellation takes effect at the end of month 6, and billing continues until then.

Refunds

We do not refund periods that have already been billed, except at our discretion.

Price changes

We’ll email you at least 30 days before any change to your plan’s price.

Your information

By publishing a listing, you confirm that what you enter is accurate and that you have the right to publish it, including photos, logos, reviews and licence numbers. You can edit your listing at any time from the Edit my listing page.

Our side

We may remove a listing that is inaccurate or misleading. Before we do, we will tell you why and give you a chance to correct it. No refund is given for a listing removed this way.
