That's deliberate. We don't publish a company's details as verified when the company hasn't verified them.

Scoring
How the score was built
A TrustMark score isn't a star average or a popularity count. Details are checked against the issuing authority's own records when and where possible, rather than taken on a company's word — and where something couldn't be confirmed, the score reflects that rather than assuming it.
Information we can't confirm is scored as unconfirmed. Closing that gap is the part only you can do.
Subscribing doesn't move a business up among other subscribed cards. Verified listings sit above unverified ones naturally. Among subscribers, order is TrustMark score alone — not the plan you choose, and not the date you subscribed.

We score businesses on what can be confirmed about them. Listings are subscriptions; scores and ranking are not, and no professional can pay to change either.
