  • Most denied warranty claims fail on missing service records, not on the part. What does your maintenance plan cover, and who documents it?
  • The old unit's size may have been wrong from the start. Is this sized off a load calculation, or off what's sitting there now?
  • Systems that fail early were usually fighting their ductwork. Is airflow being measured, or assumed?
